Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event for which this pass is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the same, including without limitation, injury, death, personal loss, property damage, or other related harm. Holder agrees that the Seattle SuperHawks, the facility, promoter, organization agents, participants, sponsors, and/or related persons are not responsible or liable for any injury, death, personal loss, property damage or other related harm.



Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions and/or rules for the event for which this pass is issued.



Holder grants permission to the facility, promoter, and organizations related to the event for which this pass is issued, to utilize the holder’s image or likeness in connection with any broadcast or other reproduction of this event.
